Are you stuck at the IVth fret? Do your palms sweat when a horn player says, “Blues in Bb?” Would you like to be able to join in and jam in any key using the entire fretboard? This class will explain some of the nature of the guitar, how to use simple one-octave patterns of the blues scale, arpeggios, and three-string chord shapes to play all over the neck, and how to find any notes on every string easily and quickly. We will also cover 12-bar and 8-bar blues progressions, songs, improvising ideas, and answer any questions you bring along.
